Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers, answering questions and resolving issues efficiently and with a smile.
- Process sales transactions accurately and quickly using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with store maintenance, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the sales floor clean.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a welcoming and safe shopping environment for all visitors.
- Handle cash handling and inventory management tasks as needed during busy weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte, NC location.
