As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience while handling inquiries, processing returns, and managing inventory. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive environment for career growth.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Manage customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean, appealing retail environment.
- Handle cash handling and daily banking procedures with strict attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Associate degree preferred but not required).
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
