Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor at the front of the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to restock inventory and organize merchandise displays.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
