Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with inquiries and product selection.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process sales transactions, handle payments, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and stock areas organized, clean, and presentable to ensure a premium shopping environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts, receiving shipments, and organizing inventory to ensure product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend team to achieve daily goals and support other departments as needed.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
