Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during peak weekend hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, exchanges, and general directions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure optimal product availability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to the Los Angeles location.
