- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Keep the sales floor and checkout areas organized, clean, and fully stocked with products.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to meet daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the management team promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
