Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and provide professional, friendly service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering general inquiries regarding store policies and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle returns/exchanges efficiently.
- Collaborate with the front-end team to maintain high operational standards during peak weekend traffic.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to meet customer demands.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate complex matters to the manager when necessary.
- Perform routine side duties such as inventory checks and tagging merchandise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with touch-screen technology.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
