Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and performing stock counts.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
