Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries and product selections.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, handling cash and electronic payments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in loss prevention efforts.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional evenings.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
