Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Point of Sale (POS): Operate the register accurately, process various payment methods, and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Store Operations: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Product Knowledge: Assist customers in finding products, explaining features, and answering questions to drive sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to maintain operational standards and support daily business goals.
- Opening/Closing Duties: Assist in cash reconciliation, store security checks, and maintaining inventory logs.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a positive work ethic.
- Attitude: A friendly demeanor and a genuine willingness to learn and assist others.
