Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization during slower periods.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms are clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
