Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the management team when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for occasional holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation to the New York office.
