As a Weekend Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, providing friendly assistance, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring seamless transactions. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized assistance and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit card payments
- Maintain store appearance through organized merchandising and cleanliness standards
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Participate in brief pre-shift planning and post-shift closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and approachable communication style
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and inventory
- Reliable transportation and punctual weekend availability
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts weekly
