Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items, and provide recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle returns/exchanges.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the floor team to maximize sales and achieve weekly targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damages to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation is required.
