Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist them in finding products efficiently.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages or needs.
- Handle cash transactions with high attention to detail and security protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and ability to show up on time consistently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable using technology and basic math for transactions.
