As a Weekend Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of our premium retail locations, delivering exceptional service that keeps customers returning. Our weekend-only schedule (Saturday & Sunday, 8am-4pm) ensures you can maintain weekday commitments while earning competitive pay. We value reliability and enthusiasm above all else.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Participate in inventory management and stock organization
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless store operations
