Responsibilities
- Greet all customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management team.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with special events or promotions held on weekends.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
