Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately with a smile and assist them with finding products.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked throughout the weekend shift.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance the register at the end of the shift.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management and markdown activities as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or food service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
