Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering general inquiries about services.
- Process transactions accurately at the register using point-of-sale systems.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockrooms.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to ensure high operational standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and communication.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
