Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and targets.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure optimal product visibility.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends consistently (Saturday & Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new company policies quickly.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
