Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using modern POS systems.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure the sales floor is visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines during shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
