Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked according to company standards.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and managing inventory displays.
- Customer Inquiries: Answer questions about product availability, features, and promotions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Math Skills: Basic math proficiency for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to commit to a consistent schedule.
