Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Provide accurate product information and recommend items to meet customer needs.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the store remains visually appealing and well-stocked.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including counting cash drawers and securing the premises.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock is running low.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customer groups.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
