Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering questions.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Ensure the sales floor meets all health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required for this entry-level role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
