Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a positive first impression of our brand.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Restock shelves and merchandise to ensure inventory availability during high-traffic periods.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle cash handling duties, including balancing drawers and depositing funds.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (we train!).
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
