Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile and positive attitude upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register using POS systems.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment throughout the weekend.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, store hours, and services.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly on Saturdays and Sundays.
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to the Boston location.
