Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product demonstrations and consultative selling
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Operate POS systems and inventory management software with precision
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Execute daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 10 AM - 6 PM)
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic tech literacy
- Strong verbal communication skills with approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington State food handler's card (if applicable to department)
