Job Overview
As a Weekend Specialist, you will be the face of our brand. You will ensure our customers have a seamless experience from the moment they walk through the door until they leave satisfied, driving both retention and sales.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with processing transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the sales floor, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle cash handling procedures with strict adherence to company policies and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
