Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in locating products, processing transactions accurately at the register, and handling returns.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-stocked according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise during shift hours.
- Collaborate with the weekend management team to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Maintain a positive attitude and represent the brand's values in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas location.
