Responsibilities

- Manage weekend inventory and visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Coordinate with weekday team for seamless client continuity
- Participate in weekend wellness workshops and community events
- Maintain pristine store appearance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Availability every Saturday and Sunday (8am-5pm shifts)
- Strong product knowledge in health/wellness preferred
- Proficient with digital POS and CRM systems
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with team
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for deliveries)
- Weekend reliability is non-negotiable
