Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during Saturday-Sunday shifts (10 AM - 8 PM)
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising standards and product displays
- Resolve customer inquiries with product knowledge and solution-oriented mindset
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store presentation standards
- Participate in weekend inventory processes and stock replenishment
- Uphold loss prevention protocols during high-traffic weekend periods
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (required)
