Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a premium level of service during peak weekend hours.
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure product presentation meets company standards.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist in store opening and closing procedures to ensure security and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to resolve customer inquiries and feedback.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold our brand image.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the Portland location.
