Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling standards
- Manage inventory and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping experience
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Operate POS systems and maintain organized sales floor conditions
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday & Sunday shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
