Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product consultations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Merchandise and maintain visually stunning product displays to drive sales
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations and inventory management
- Participate in weekend-only staff training sessions and seasonal product launches
- Execute visual merchandising directives to enhance customer experience
- Contribute to weekend sales targets through upselling and loyalty program engagement
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and technology
- Strong attention to detail in visual merchandising and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Passion for fashion, home goods, or luxury retail products
- Flexibility to cover additional weekend hours during peak seasons
