Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and solution-driven consultations
- Execute efficient checkout processes while maintaining accuracy and security standards
- Manage inventory counts and ensure displays reflect current promotions
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with weekend staff to maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Contribute to sales goals through upselling and loyalty program enrollment
- Participate in weekend team meetings for performance reviews and goal setting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (10am-8pm)
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management tools
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
