Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service and product guidance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage inventory and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless operations
- Support store opening/closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm)
- Proficiency with point-of-sale technology
