- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple touchpoints including in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining security protocols

- Operate point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting customer environment

Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
