Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service during Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory tasks
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales goals
- Operate POS systems and maintain store cleanliness standards
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
