Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to restock inventory and ensure product availability during peak weekend hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and occasional holidays.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
