Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections to ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash and digital transactions efficiently.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor to ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with the weekend management team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback professionally to maintain brand loyalty.
- Assist in training new part-time staff members during peak weekends.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a flexible start/end time.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with smartphones.
- Reliable transportation in the New York City area.
