Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Organize and maintain store displays to ensure a professional and appealing appearance.
- Assist in inventory management, stocking shelves, and checking stock levels.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet sales targets and operational goals.
- Ensure the sales floor remains clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer proficiency for register operations.
