Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions during weekend shifts.
- Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and store maintenance to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company standards.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
