Responsibilities
- Facilitate recreational activities and equipment rentals with friendly customer service
- Maintain clean and safe facilities through routine inspections and upkeep
- Assist with event setup/breakdown for weekend tournaments and programs
- Support snack bar operations and handle cash transactions accurately
- Engage visitors with positive energy and answer facility inquiries
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 15-17 years old with valid work permit if under 16
- Availability Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 8 PM shifts)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous customer service experience preferred
