Responsibilities
- Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale or service counter.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, answering inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Handle cash drops and perform end-of-shift reconciliations with strict accuracy.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Monitor security cameras and alert management to any irregularities.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong cash handling skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or cash handling is preferred but not required.
