Responsibilities
- Represent Nexus Tech at weekend events and promotional activations in the greater Los Angeles area.
- Engage with potential customers, demonstrate product features, and answer technical inquiries professionally.
- Drive brand awareness through social media interactions and in-person engagement.
- Manage event inventory, set up displays, and ensure the area is pristine.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the sales and product teams.
- Assist in the processing of sales transactions and customer returns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic tech-savviness and ability to learn new products quickly.
- Reliable transportation to events across the LA metro area.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
