Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Manage cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth weekend operations
- Engage customers with product knowledge and cafe promotions
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturday and Sunday shifts (8am-4pm or 4pm-10pm)
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for coffee and customer service
- Reliable punctuality and consistent weekend availability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- 18+ years old (required for alcohol service training if applicable)
