Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms organized and stocked with merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed to maintain visual standards.
- Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience during peak weekend hours.
- Handle cash handling procedures with strict accuracy and security.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
