Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store remains organized and visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to management promptly.
- Assist with store setup and breakdown during weekend shifts as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
