Responsibilities
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products and answering inquiries.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Process returns and exchanges while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock shortages or damages.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
