Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure product availability and store aesthetics.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with periodic stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to execute store promotions and special events.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
